Studio: Studios offer views of water, gardens, woodlands or fairways.  Rooms accommodate four Guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib.  Studios feature kitchenette with microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator, wet bar, coffee maker, ceiling fan, TV and hair dryer.  One queen-size bed and double-sized slepper sofa, private porch or balcony.

One-Bedroom Villa: Villas offer views of water, gardens, woodlands or fairways.  Rooms accommodate four maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib. Features all the amenities of a studio room, plus a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room with DVD in the living room.  Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub and hair dryer.  Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Private porch or balcony.

Two-Bedroom Villa: Villas offer views of water, gardens, woodlands or fairways.  Rooms accommodate eight Guests maximum, plus one child under age 3 in a crib.  Features all the amenities of a studio room, plus a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, TV in each room with DVD in the living room.  Master suite features a king-size bed, a whirlpool tub and hair dryer.  Additional bedroom offers private bath with hair dryer and two queen-size beds.  Queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Private porch or balcony.

Treehouse Villa: Treehouse Villas let you ascend to your own cabin in the sky.  Tucked just out of sight in a thicket of cypress, oak and pine trees, each of the villas sits 10 feet above ground, nestled among the local flora and fauna.  These Villas have one queen-size bed in the master bedroom, one queen-size bed in the second bedroom, one set of bunk beds in the third bedroom, and one queen-size sleeper sofa and one sleeper chair in the living room. The Villas have one master bathroom with whirlpool tub and a second full bathroom.  A full kitchen includes pots and pans, flatware, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Amenities include flat-panel TVs, DVD player, in-room safe, voice mail, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and stacked washer and dryer.
