Fairytale Dreams & Destinations™ Inc. is composed of a small group of dedicated and enthusiastic retailers of Disney and Universal Destinations who work both in our office and from their home. Our professional staff practices a unique and very successful way of selling a Disney and Universal Destinations.

At least three years experience in retail of family travel either as an inside our outside agent. Experience in selling Disney and Universal Destinations is preferred. A post-secondary degree in travel and tourism and an up to date TICO certification is also required. Strong familiarity with TICO regulation, passport/VISA requirements for travel to the United States, trip and medical insurance, etc.
You should have very strong written and oral communication skills. You should be able to communicate complex products and often-complex situations concisely and succinctly to our Guests both verbally and in writing. Your grammar and spelling should be top notch and your language professional, not colloquial. You should have the ability to pleasantly dispel myths and misunderstandings about the Disney and Universal product and maintain character integrity. You should be a professional champion of the destination, but able to articulate the realities of travel and special requests.
You will be expected to supply your own desktop or laptop device equipped with an up to date browser (Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome), a valid copy of Microsoft Office (2007 or greater) and a mail application that allows rich-text editing. You must have computer problem solving skills and the ability to work with someone within our office to troubleshoot any issues you may have. Your typing skills and ability to navigate basic applications (Word, Excel, a mail, calendar and address book application), conduct web searches, copy and paste text/photos should be exceptional. If you will be working from a mobile device you should be familiar with your e-mail set up. We work in a fast paced industry; a lack of computer skills will slow you and our Guests down.
